With ultra-thin veneers the teeth may require absolutely no shaving or drilling at all. These are known as ‘no-prep veneers’ and also means you won’t undergo anaesthetic, making them a good option for those who suffer from dental anxiety or phobias.
It is important to us that the tooth’s structure is not damaged during treatment, as the preservation of enamel will mean longer lasting results and reduce any risk of complications. However, you should keep in mind that like most of our treatments we promote a bespoke approach.

Ultra-thin veneers are often between 0.2 and 0.5 mm in thickness, and since the application is extremely intricate, it is something that you would not want just any dentist attempting.
