The Expert, No-Drill Veneer Dentists

At Bespoke Smile, we believe that transforming your smile should never mean compromising your natural teeth. Unlike traditional dental veneer treatments that often require significant drilling, our approach is entirely different.

Our highly-trained veneers dentists specialise in a no-drill, minimally invasive technique that preserves your tooth structure. Using ultra-thin veneers (just 0.3-0.5mm thick) crafted by our in-house ceramists, we enhance your smile with precision and care, without damaging your natural enamel.

These bespoke dental veneers are made from our signature custom-blend porcelain, designed to mimic the natural translucency and shade of real teeth. The result is a flawless yet undetectable finish, with none of the compromise.

Helping You Decide If Dental Veneers Are Right For You

Dental veneers are perfect for those looking to improve the look of single or multiple teeth, or transform their whole smile completely. Veneers come in many different materials, and what you choose will be dependent on a thorough assessment of your teeth, as well as how long you’d like them to last and how much you’d like to spend.

Your veneer dentist will go through all your options and help you make the best decision for you. We also have lots of useful dental veneer guides to help you get up to speed before starting your dental veneer treatment.

  • Improve worn, chipped, or uneven teeth
  • Close gaps or correct slightly crooked teeth
  • Brighten discoloured or stained teeth
  • Resize small or oversized teeth
  • Restore filled or previously damaged teeth
  • Adjust teeth that stick out or lean inward

The Bespoke Smile Method

We created the Bespoke Smile Method to address long-standing problems in cosmetic dentistry; issues like unnatural, bulky-looking teeth and unpredictable results. Our patients expect, and deserve, natural aesthetics, a comfortable bite, and lasting results without multiple visits or additional treatments.

Developed by Dr. Sam Jethwa, 19th President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, this method is now taught worldwide at the Bespoke Smile Academy.

1. Facially Driven Smile Design

We create your smile to be in harmony with your unique facial features. This concept uses jaw and lip shapes so your result looks how it should look. This process takes the guesswork out of “what should my teeth look like?” and always ensures the result looks like it belongs. We can also hide facial asymmetries using this technique simply by improving the smile. This is a technique we are known for amongst dentists, across the world as it solves a number of pre existing issues with how a smile is usually designed leaving clients with artificial results.

We then hand design your veneers using a temporary material so you can see your new smile before it’s made. You preview your new smile through handcrafted, temporary veneers before anything is final. This step tests bite, feel, and appearance, making adjustments easy and creating predictable outcomes. This method was founded by Dr Sam Jethwa, Unlike generic lab-created smiles, this method allows for your input and provides a fully customised design, reducing the need to redo poor past work. With no hand made trial smile or with only a lab made trial smile – unfortunately this does not give us the best chance of creating a bespoke smile, instead, it would create a generic smile.

Our master ceramist then copies our handmade design exactly into porcelain in our Bespoke Smile lab. The final finish is ultra-thin, hand layered veneers that blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, which means we are able to utilise a multitude of materials, ceramics, which large commercial laboratories do not have access to. This results in the final materials looking totally bespoke, and more beautiful than average results.

Our clinical lead, Dr Sam Jethwa has developed techniques that mean our dental veneers do not require major teeth shaving.
Dental veneers can improve the symmetry of your face, fix your bite and offer dental protection, creating a natural-looking smile for years to come.

From the start to finish, the process takes about a month. You will need to visit the practice 3 times, once for your initial consultation (approx. 3 hours), again for the fitting of your Trial Smile (approx. 30 mins), and then a final appointment to sculpt your perfect smile with our porcelain veneers (approx. 2 hours).

As little as possible, oftentimes no tooth at all will need to be removed. Some adjustment may be required for the right fit and aesthetic, or to cover any worn down areas. As dentists, we want to do as little preparation to the teeth as possible to provide the best quality veneers we can. Due to the ultra-thin porcelain we use, many of our patients could have veneers removed and still function fully with the teeth without them.

Watch video

The veneers we use are made of porcelain (ceramic) which do not discolour. Some light staining may build up over an extremely prolonged period of time (20-30 years), but this can be easily removed at a hygienist or cleaning appointment with your dentist.

There is a possibility that a veneer can break, just like a filling or tooth can break. But our veneers are made to an extremely high quality that’s bespoke to your mouth, and our bite tests mean there is a very low chance of your veneer breaking or knocking out.
