We are well-known in the Bracknell Forest area as one of the most reliable corrective providers of implants in Berkshire.
Perceived as restorative and reconstructive experts in our industry, we are often in high demand as we are trusted for our skills and techniques.
For example, Dr Sam Jethwa, owner and head of the Bespoke Smile is widely recognised for his smile design techniques. Working closely with Dr Gurs Sehmi, who has placed hundreds of implants means together they are at the forefront of restorative dentistry.

We go the extra mile to strengthen the underlying oral foundation to keep our patient’s mouths healthier for longer as well as restoring and enhancing aesthetics.
Implant treatments include single implants, multiple implants and All-on-Four/All-on-Six (teeth in a day).
Dental implants are intended to replace broken, lost or decayed teeth and are often a preferred choice for patients who pass on alternative treatments like bridgework or dentures.
Dental implants have the capability to drastically change your life, repair oral functions and improve your appearance.
Benefits include:
There are some negative outcomes of not restoring your oral structure and foundation when losing a tooth.
Further tooth loss and insufficient bone are often seen in patients who have neglected the gaps in their mouth for some time.
Unlike teeth in a day, the dental implant process is not a success overnight. Treatment occurs over a few months, which is necessary to allow them to heal and fuse with the bone.
The procedure will involve three stages that every patient will be required to go through.
These include:
What nervous patients can expect
Sedation is only required for patients who are very sensitive or worried.
The overall implant procedure is carried out in our dental surgery under local anaesthetic. Many patients describe it to be painless with only some mild discomfort around the gums afterwards.
Surgery steps:
During your implant restoration process, you may experience slight swelling or bruising.
This is completely natural and can be reduced by over the counter medications.
The discomfort should not last longer than a few days and patients are authorised to return to work the day after.
Taking care of your implant for life will require no specialised care.
All you will need to do to ensure its stability is to clean it you would your normal, regular teeth through routined brushing, flossing and hygiene check-ups.
